Mr. Bruce Kelly has been a valued member of the Webb Electric Company of Florida, Inc. team for over 30 years. He began at Webb Electric Company as a laborer right out of high school, traveling from project to project. Mr. Kelly began taking on additional responsibilities and learning the electrical trade in 1982. He completed the Supervisors Construction Management Course at Clemson University in 1985. He expanded his scope of knowledge through extensive on-site training and in 1986 he assumed the role of project superintendent. Since that time, Mr. Kelly has been a key superintendent on major electrical projects where he oversees all day-to-day operations at the job site. Mr. Kelly has completed several major projects involving complex distribution systems and sophisticated fiber optic relaying schemes. His understanding of distribution systems, how they work and how they can be manipulated during outages makes him a major asset to our company. Mr. Kelly has completed over 50 government and commercial contracts ranging in scope from $500,000 to $5 million. Mr. Kelly is well versed in OSHA regulations as well as branch and base specific requirements regarding safety and security.
