This project included replacing the existing outdoor open bus structure substation with new 35kV walk-in protected aisle switchgear and a new 34.5kV to 12.47kV double-ended substation. This included replacing the existing overhead electrical distribution system with a new 15kV underground system. A new 15kV manhole and duct bank system with high-voltage switches, sectionalizing cabinets, and transformers was provided. New decorative street lights and controllers were provided along several streets on the base.
